At Gabiony Lemon we arrange reliable delivery of your order throughout the entire EU and to neighbouring non-EU countries.
We work with trusted freight forwarders and courier companies and, for larger or oversized orders, we also use our own vehicle fleet. This allows us to offer you a flexible, cost-effective and fast delivery service – whether it’s a small pallet or a full truck load.

Shipping within the EU and neighbouring non-EU countries

We can deliver your goods to customers all over the European Union and also to surrounding non-EU countries (for example Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom and others).
The exact delivery options depend on the type and size of your order, as well as the delivery address.

We use a combination of:

• international freight forwarding companies,

• reliable parcel and pallet couriers,

• and our own trucks and vans for larger or special deliveries.

Thanks to this mix we can choose the most suitable and economical transport solution for each order.

How your shipping cost is calculated

You will always know your shipping price in advance.
We offer two ways to calculate the cost of delivery:

1. Individual quotation by e-mail or phone

   • For custom-made products, larger orders or specific destinations, you can send us your request by e-mail or call us.

   • Based on your requirements (products, quantities, address) we will prepare an individual shipping quote and send it to you without delay.

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on product availability, the destination country, the selected shipping method and the chosen payment method.

As a guideline, please consider the following:

• Minimum delivery time: from 3 days

• Usual delivery time: 5–10 business days

• Maximum delivery time: 6–8 weeks from order confirmation

The maximum delivery time usually applies to:

• made-to-measure products manufactured individually for the customer,

• goods that are currently out of stock,

• oversized or special shipments sent to destinations outside the EU.

We always do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible – often earlier than the indicated maximum time.

Payment methods

At Gabiony Lemon you can choose from three convenient payment options:

1. Cash on delivery (COD)

   • Pay directly to the courier or driver upon receipt of the goods.

   • Available for selected countries and shipping methods (details provided during ordering).

2. Bank transfer in advance

   • After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with all payment details:

     • total amount,

     • IBAN and BIC,

     • payment reference/variable symbol (must be stated in your payment).

   • As soon as the payment is credited to our account, we will prepare your goods for dispatch.

3. Online card payment

   • Fast, safe and convenient payment by credit or debit card.

   • Payment is processed via a secure payment gateway Comgate that complies with all standard security requirements.

   • We do not store or have access to your card details.
